SHARING YOUR MUSIC
Submission privacy & removal
What happens to the information you share with Rising Artists.
Before you submit
Every song is reviewed before it appears on Rising Artists. Approval is not guaranteed. Approved songs join the running song list on your artist profile.
What becomes public
Your artist name, bio, artwork, song details, and any optional location or links you provide may appear publicly after approval. Only include information you want visitors to see.
What stays private
Your contact email is not displayed publicly. It is collected for reviewing and managing your submission. Submitting does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
What we store
We store your submitted details, YouTube link, review status, submission dates, and a small compressed copy of your artwork. Artwork is saved at 512 pixels or smaller and no more than 96 KB. Your original full-size image and video are not stored here.
We use our website hosting and storage services to keep this information and operate Rising Artists. Submissions, including declined submissions, stay on file until the site owner removes them. You can ask us to delete your submission.
Videos on YouTube
Your video stays hosted on YouTube. Thumbnail images load from YouTube, and the embedded video player loads when a visitor presses play. Those requests go directly to YouTube.
Permission to share
Only submit music and artwork you have permission to share. The submission form asks you to confirm that permission and allow the video to be embedded. Each additional song is reviewed before it is published.
Questions, corrections, or removal
Contact support@resonantgraffiti.com with your artist name and the relevant song link. You can ask us to correct information, remove a song or profile, or delete your submission. You can also use this address to report music or artwork shared without permission; include the link and a short explanation of your concern.
